Discuss distribution of architect proposals to committee members
Discuss process and timeline for review of proposals, selection of finalists, interviews, and site visits
Confirm and/or schedule meetings through August and September (current posted are 8/2, 8/9, and 8/23)
Discuss/implement procedure for approval and processing of invoices
Update on temporary space (Bob Zak)
